Dr.DeAngelis is a neuro-oncologist who has more than 30 years of experience in treating patients with brain tumors and associated complications, such as cognitive impairment and strokes. As the Physician-in-Chief and Chief Medical Officer at Memorial Sloan Kettering, Dr.DeAngelis oversees all clinical, research, and medical education efforts. She is also a co-founder and member of the Brain Tumor Center at Memorial Sloan Kettering. She has conducted and led various national trials of investigational drugs used in the treatment of primary central nervous system lymphoma and new brain tumor treatments.
